Chestelm Adult Day Services provides effective adult day care services, with a complete commitment from the entire staff to deliver the best experience possible. We work to ensure you are always comfortable at the adult day club, with all day care procedures done on-premises. 

We will be happy to provide you with a FREE one-day trial to experience adult day care services for yourself. We offer breakfast, lunch, snacks, and transportation to where you need to be, and fun outings that you won't forget. Personal care is available, which includes help with bathroom needs and wheelchair assistance.

Personal care assistance includes help with dressing, meals, bathing and bathroom needs, walking, wheelchair transfers, and other related services. As we are affiliated with the rehab center next door, we can make an easy transition if more significant care is needed.
